It opened in 2021 at the north exit of Shin-Yamaguchi Station. There is a main hall that can accommodate 2,000 people for large-scale competitions and academic societies, and large, medium and small conference rooms that can accommodate small meetings and various trainings. It is a multifunctional facility that can flexibly accommodate various venues. The parking lot is fully equipped with more than 500 cars.
