The Asahikawa Design Center is a permanent booth for about 30 furniture and craft manufacturers in the Asahikawa area.
In addition to experiential events and sales for local residents, Asahikawa Design Week, where buyers and architects and interior designers from all over the country gather, attracts about 20,000 visitors a year to the center, making it a hub of design and lifestyle.
