Hamamatsu and the Lake Hamana Area are a haven for manufacturing, home not only to large corporations such as Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Kawai, and Roland, but also many small- and medium-sized venture businesses that provide unique technologies and services. This plan is training-oriented in that you can learn directly from management and on-site personnel of such leading companies about themes of your choosing, including management philosophy, management strategy, personnel development, planning, marketing, improving your work environment, and SDGs. We can also arrange for other services you may need such as buses, accommodation, interpreting (English), sightseeing, and more.
