Ocean view loved by the Imperial Family

Numazu Imperial Villa, built in a scenic location that overlooks the sight of Mt. Fuji across the sea, has been loved as a retreat for emperors since the Meiji Era (1868-1912). The villa was once home to the imperial family school for their studies and research, the tea room features the attached Suruga Taian, a faithful recreation of the National Treasure tea room Taian in Kyoto's Oyamazaki district, and the open fields and vast gardens still retain traces of their history. This historic place is an ideal venue for meetings, training, parties, and, of course, experience traditional Japanese culture. Feel the richness and preciousness of nature during the special time you spend here.
