Experience a banquet in Shizuoka & Suruga with tea pairing

Shizuoka Prefecture boasts top class cultivation and consumption of Japanese tea. Tea pairing is a new way of enjoying tea grown in a land rich in nature, overlooking Japan's tallest Mt. Fuji and Japan's deepest Suruga Bay. This is a pairing of a course meal with seasonal ingredients and tea brewed by a “chashi”. From appetizers to desserts, the chashi makes tea on the spot according to each dish. (“Chashi” is a tea professional who selects and mixes tea to make products)
