Ama x Grilling SATOUMIAN

An Ama hut is where Ama, female divers that harvest shellfish and seaweed, rest their tired bodies after diving and build fires to warm themselves up.
They put wood in the hearth in the center to keep warm and spend time eating and chatting between rounds of diving.
Satoumian offers an Ama hut experience in an authentic replica of an Ama hut, where you can enjoy a meal while listening to stories from Ama divers who still dive into the sea.
Dine on fresh seafood caught in the waters of Ise-Shima while listening to the valuable stories of these divers.
