Gala dinner at Hasedera with history in a mountain area
In July 2020, Japan's first JW Marriott hotel, which advocates mindfulness as a brand concept, opened in Nara.
You can experience this mindfulness at check-in and at morning exercises. Additionally, Hasedera Temple, built in the 8th century, is located in a mountainous area with both historical and religious significance, boasting vast grounds and scenery as well as its famous seasonal flowers. An impressive gala dinner will be held at the head priest's quarters, a wooden building that is normally closed to the public.
Features

- Located in a mountainous area of the Nara Yamatoji region about 1 hour from downtown Nara City, it is also known as the “inner sanctuary” of Asuka, offering scenery and views unchanged for 1,300 years.
