Mii-dera Temple

For over 1,300 years, this temple has served as the head temple of the Tendai Jimon sect, and it is beloved as a famous spot for cherry blossoms in spring and autumn foliage in fall. At the Kangakuin Kyakuden, designated a National Treasure, and the Kannon-do Hall, designated a cultural property of Shiga Prefecture, it is possible to hold meetings and exhibitions, as well as parties that include food and drink.
