This is the home stadium of Giravanz Kitakyushu, a team in the Japan Professional Football League (J.League).
It stands next to Kitakyushu International Conference Center, which was designed by Arata Isozaki, an architect who won the Pritzker Prize, known as the Nobel Prize of architecture.
Parties can be held and catered in the stadium lounge.
