TOYOTA Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology

A museum housed in a red brick building that served as the birthplace of the Toyota Group in the Taisho Period, preserving many vital pieces of industrial heritage. Dynamic exhibits and demonstrations by staff utilizing the actual machinery illustrate the shift from textile machinery, a core industry that supported the rise of modern Japan, to an automobile-centered industry and technology as the new core industry of contemporary Japan.
